However, there do appear to be ‘state level’ RICO statutes in MN: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.901 and https://www.lawserver.com/law/state/minnesota/mn-statutes/minnesota_statutes_chapter_609_racketeer_influenced_and_corrupt_organizations_rico
Hmm,… curious, I decided to check. Apparently not all states have their own RICO statutes. However, there do appear to be ‘state level’ RICO statutes in MN:
