That explains why he fleed to NK of all places. I suppose it’s a not-yet-revealed part of the original investigation that got overshadowed by his escape and it didn’t come to a conclusion at the time he ran.
Also explains why North Korea kicked him out.
They announced the CSAM charges last year.
King was accused of soliciting a Snapchat user in July 2023 to “knowingly and willingly produce child pornography.” He was also accused of possession of child pornography.
He was also charged with insubordination for leaving his base after curfew and drinking alcohol in violation of Army regulations.
Really burying the lede on that ‘possession of CSAM’ chart getting dropped due to dudes plea deal…
Prior to that incident, he had served two months in detention in South Korea on charges that he had assaulted two people and kicked a police car.
He did so many insane things but they still found time to tell us about him kicking a police car
