    I’m not watching videos, but those cable cars in general are too slow to be useful for most transit. They are sometimes a great answer for otherwise hard to reach places (they can cross lakes, mountains, and cul-de-sacs in ways everything else is a lot worse), but they need to be a short distance (just more than you would walk, but a lot less than able people would bike on flat ground) and then transfer to something faster for the majority of the trip.

    If these are used in one of the niches where nothing else can work great, but they are not a good answer for most transit problems and should be avoided. They look cool and futuristic because they are unusual, not because they are generally good. Don’t copy this if you can help it.
