    oh FFS… push me to go to war and I’m turning around to fight those that forced me. I will help when it’s on my doorstep as defence. I will not travel somewhere to murder someone for you.

      Did you read the article, or just get riled up by the headline?

      The Government is set to increase the age at which the nation’s pool of retired soldiers, known as the strategic reserve, can be called upon from 55 to 65.

      This won’t have any effect on you unless you’re over 55 and a retired veteran.
