          That is true, but we can also look at the broader resulting deaths from the global WoT.

          I think it’s best to not look back softly on any of 'em. We’re to quick to normalise past atrocities.

            sadly I think the loss of programs like pepfar and the other successes USAID had worldwide are going to dware even the horrendous shit show that was THE CRUSADE AGAINST THE AXIS OF EVIL’S WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, er, oh, yes, that’s right, there never were any of these found, at all, and it took another decade to kill OBL, the actual villain

            it’s a horrible comparison to make, they’re both heinous tragedies foisted upon the world by utter fucking morons.
