Assuming you aren’t joking, yeah this can be a pretty serious condition if its as pronounced as in the image.
I used to know a guy who had this same thing to about this severity, and he unironically just took to wearing level 2 chest body armor basically all the time… as he told me, he couldn’t afford the more serious treatment, but the body armor would function as moderate strength training and also provide increased protection against a possible blunt force chest injury, which would could be significantly more serious/deadly for him.
