And, side note: I’m really happy it’s working out for you. Trying to dial in the habits that keep our bodies working/feeling good past 40 is a fucking minefield. When you’re 20 you can fall off a house and think nothing of it… When you’re 40 you sleep funny and are fucked up for a week.
I eat one meal a day and fast the rest of the time, only having water. I’m the healthiest I’ve been in many years at age 41.
If course I eat my fruit and vegetables, and other foods that are good for me.
