Worth it every single time

What spice did you use tho
Cumin, Fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, bayleaf, dried red chili papers, ginger, garlic, green chili pepper, coriander and a bit of hot sauce at the end.
Sounds like an interesting combination, in a positive way. But I can imagine that the output is not so nice lol.
I would personally leave out the cinnamon and star anise - they’re too christmas-y! - but that’s just me.
Not if you fry them whole instead of using ground up version.
I’ve never heard of those spices in beans before. Is it inspired by a dish they make somewhere?
Fennel in particular is the most surprising.
I think you’re thinking of Fennel the vegetable. I cooked with Fennel seeds.
I was thinking of fennel seeds. Never heard of them being used in beans before.

Solidarity with the sewer ratletariat ✊😔
Tell us more. What kind of bean? What kind of chili pepper?
Kidney Beans (red). Chile de arbol (dried), African bird’s eye chili, and Habenero.
Yimyum
And I’ll do it again
