Climate change is unexpectedly causing north Pacific storms to shift toward the Arctic, throwing projections for future West Coast weather into question.

    This seems quite bad for western US if it bears out. Will have to look out for updated precipitation projections to see how this affects things. Their graphs show minimal information, particularly for California which appears to be arbitrarily cut off.
