After a month or so, she moved to my state, completely overhauled her life, started at the same college as me…
Now we’ve been together for 13 years and I can’t imagine my life without her. We’re excited to get old together.

Super happy for you that your partner took that chance for both of you. I was lucky enough to have my wife make it obvious I had a shot, and I took it, and we are also enjoying growing old together.
