I’m not convinced the ballistic missile hit Moscow.

Militarnyi seems to be reporting fragments of an fp-5 at the refinery not an fp-7. The New York Times also observes that the fp-7 lacks the range to hit Moscow according to Fire Point’s publicly listed specifications. Zelensky so far as I can tell has not claimed the missile hit Moscow specifically. Maybe somewhere else in Russia?
