Heck they might not even be trafficking drugs. Heck even if they are, shooting them is insanity.
What’s the range on one of those boats? It would need something like 1500 miles to make it to the US? As the crow flies it’s less than 1500 miles away but counting average seas and boat load I find out hard to believe those boats are pulling up on Texas/Florida Beaches with tons of drugs. There’s gotta be a transfer or something closer to us.
Or the transfer doesn’t exist and this is all a lie to justify killing brown people.
Oh I know it’s all just racist dog whistles for their base. But anyone with an ounce of common sense would look at a map, then look at the boats we are blowing up… Then wonder, if we can track a boat little bigger than a family boat that seats 8. Then why the fuck are we dropping bombs that cost $100k each minimum instead of just picking up the phone and letting the Mexico coast guard pick them up… (that’s obviously where those boats are stopping so everyday American can traffic the drug themselves.) Like I know this is all common sense to you and me. But God damn we are so fucked.
That is an actual drug smuggling boat meant to transport cocain from Brazil to Spain. In other words the boats the US has been blowing up probably could transport drugs to the US, but that obviously does not mean that they have been doing that.
