The Israeli government is paying for ads on Senator Ted Cruz’s podcast. Since Cruz can’t take the foreign funds directly, the Israeli money goes to a super PAC dedicated exclusively to Cruz.
“Under an unusual licensing deal, iHeartMedia agreed to donate revenue “associated with (the show’s) advertising sales” to the Truth and Courage PAC, a super PAC dedicated to “ensuring that Ted Cruz is re-elected to the United States Senate.” The company has given at least $1,738,000 of “digital revenue” to the Truth and Courage PAC since 2023, according to Federal Election Commission filings.”

who even uses iheartradio? whoever they are, they should stop.
Unfortunately iHeartRadio is not just an app. Also known as Clear Channel, they are the fucking Borg of radio media and own a metric shit ton of stations. They basically own the most popular radio stations everywhere.
Personally I avoid them like the plague, but it’s tough. I listen to independent and local stations, but like if you didn’t know who they were good fucking luck.

Yeah not a lot of people realize it. Clear Channel has been around since the 70s and has slowly eaten up all major local radio stations and then rebranded as iHeartMedia and released the iHeartRadio app. Basically the Sinclair Cable of the radio world.
