Your phone doesn’t need ECC Ram. Your tv doesn’t and embedded devices don’t.

Linuxsucks admins seem to be the only people who seem to think they need it on their desktop systems… And only Linux requires it

ECC Ram has its benefits but it has the same benefit on every OS . Here in the real world, everyone seems to be doing fine without it

Apple literally was using ecc on their servers and Microsoft wants it on their servers too. Nobody is pushing it for desktops, unless you’re doing workstation level type stuff
