Mayu’s Song fits the bill perfectly. Watatabe is the most prominent example, although it’s fairly light on the kissing. Girls x Vampire, Liberta, and Vampeerz all have a lot more kissing, but the vampire girls aren’t quite as terrifying to the human protagonists. The Duke’s Daughter’s Mission to Seduce the Demon King, Humanity’s Final Gambit and Common-Sense Monster both capture the sense of a terrifying monster girl, but are also light on the kissing and explicit yuri in general.

I’m listening to Holy Wrath by Victoria Mier and while the one character isn’t a “monster” in the like fangs sense or whatever, she is essentially the image the religion of the other character uses for their demons/devils. So far I’m enjoying it! Sometimes the voice acting seems a bit odd or forced, but I’ve listened to way worse.
