Yes, the fan man had nothing to do with multiple failed 5-year plans because implementing a command economy is historically such a successful endeavor.

What the soviets and cpc have accomplished with central planning is undeniably remarkable.

Imagine what Cuba would look like if the Free Market decided who got to eat and receive medicine when there is barely enough food for the population due to the recently intensified blockade.

They couldn’t accomplish it without mass human rights abuses. It’s nothing to be proud of and they’re certainly not a role model worth emulating.

Use your imagination. There’s no need to accept disgusting disregard for human life, for any purpose. It makes no sense to act like they did something good. Stop idolizing the human predators of humans.

Well we have two competing large economic systems at the moment. I don’t really have to use my imagination.

It’s weird we only talk about “human rights abuses” when talking about designated bad countries. I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Is “we” in the room with us right now? I’m me, not we.

No, I don’t remember mentioning a specific country. In fact I recall condemning human rights abuses “for any purpose”, which means I don’t care who does it or why, it’s wrong anyway.
