It kinda is though. If I have a delivery to make, i’m not ginna soend 10 minutes for every delivery to find a good parking space that fits my truck or van. I park my truck/van in the street and turn on the emrgency lights to signal to other road users that I am a standing there and they need to pay attention.
Just because your employer doesn’t give you enough time to properly and safely complete your job (while still following traffic laws) doesn’t make traffic laws stop being law.

Parking on tge side of the road doesn’t break any rules. It is only a little inconvenient for you, because you have to swerve around and maybe even wait for traffic. You don’t get to call me a jerk because your autistuc ass can’t handle the dynamic circumstances of the road.
I’m sure you never cut corners to make your job easier and quicker? If I can choose to walk 100 meters with a 20kg pckage or walk 10 meters with a 20 kg package. I choose the short trip. Sure I can use equipment to help me lift heavy loads, but it takes time to get that equipment set up. Mulitply that times 50 or so and every day come home when the kids are already in bed and you only really get to see them in the weekends.
