Finally had to close the chat after 4 hours of waiting, got a half hearted “sorry, we’re reaaaally busy” message 15 minutes later. I doubt that many were waiting 4 hours for a freakin’ live chat response, so I vote completely unmanned for the afternoon and just checked in on during the last halfa. Sent a very plain “do as I command” email, complete with attachments of all previous emails sent and a copy of the chat history. I’m not asking for much, just a return address I can send this bloody thing back to.
Can’t wait to get this resolved, leave them a narky review about the lack of support and block them so they stop appearing in my feed.
