I’ve always used Ernie Ball Super Slinkys on my electrics, and now I’m afraid to try anything else. They’ve always been great.
I try different things on my acoustics, usually Dadarrios, but sometimes Ernie Ball Earthwoods, or Martins. I’ve been getting into nylon string stuff lately, and trying different things, haven’t settled on a favorite, but I like ball ends. I hate tying strings, like a caveman.
I’ve used Super Slinkys for the longest time too but the past few years I’ve been using some DR strings and they’re pretty good too. I’ve been using the black and red coated ones though but they sound great.
