    I’ve always wondered, how does balcony solar work? Are you charging a large battery and using said battery?

    That article says you just plug it into an outlet. Is it a special outlet of some kind?

    I’m just one of today’s lucky 10,000 and want to learn about it.

      Havr a friend whos experimenting with off the shelf panels and battery packs. They can run his office (minus the ac) the whole day no problem.

      Wanted to add, his office is all plug in appliances, and running only on a strip thats independent of the grid. If the solar goes down, he just moves the main bug from the battery to the house grid.
