A federal judge has thrown out the FBI director’s lawsuit against a blogger who called him a “googly-eyed Kremlin bitch.”

I like how “googly-eyed” is in quotes, but “Chud” is not. Implying the googly-eyed part was a direct quote, but the Chud part is just newrepublic.com tacking on.
