    After the war, Russia will need highly skilled manpower to surpass or catch the Western world technologically. As I know, dozens of them left the country and are currently living in Europe or the USA

      It would probably be quite easy considering how west only basically ride on accumulation and future of their research looks pretty bleak, militarily tech they have is already behind Russia as evidenced by Russia beating everything they throw at it. Those who left are small minority of libs from places like Moscow or Petersburg plus i imagine rabid western russophobia will sooner or later make them go back, just as Chinese scientists are getting back to China.
