I’m not too sure. I think after the first term people thought that the Americans will learn from their mistake and move on.
But now Americans proved that they’d vote for Trump a second time so who knows who could be president in 1, 2, 3 terms. The trust that the US would be fairly stable foreign policy wise is gone
I def won’t be returning to anything American for a while. Maybe if multiple left-wing progressive Dems are at the helm for a longer while, and break down the invasive surveillance capitalist state.
