3/4 oz Aperol chile infused (I used the habanero tincture)

3/4 oz Cocci Barolo Chinotto (did not have, sub with Crodino and a splash of Campari)

3/4 oz lemon juice

Shake & strain.

    I have no idea why my first thought was cat cafe/bar and not home. Maybe the composition of the photo. Idk.

    Kimchi is a cutie, and would be a visual winner at a cat cafe.
