Mine works like a clock thanks to my breakfast. Olive oil is a natural gut stimulant, then, about one hour later (when I get to my work) a good espresso (non sweetened) does the rest. This combo makes my body work like a swiss clock.
After getting my non-alcoholic fatty liver disease under control, I got into a routine of going once in the morning. These days, there’s about a 50/50 chance my 2-year-old wakes me up in the morning which throws everything off because it’s really uncomfortable to try to go while he watches me with his hands behind his back and hugs me multiple times.
I am so grateful mine does (unless I ate something that upset my stomach)…

You just gotta focus on how sweet it is and try to block out how uncomfortable it is.
