In those times, in order to connect to the internet, in our country one had to compile kernel modules for the usb modem. I copied (from a CD maybe?) some files my parent brought from work, copied the commands make config, make something, make magic,please work, reboot… And a piece of plastic that does nothing after connecting to the usb, started blinking happily with sweet packets of the link to the whole world. I was hooked

With what you proposed the canvas id did keep changing (good) but browser fingerprint stopped changing. And disabling AdNauseam (uB with malice) didn’t change anything
