I don’t get it either. It’s my only “me” time unless I’m working on my car at night. But I put on a podcast or audiobook in the garage usually (not always). I like having SOME time when I can just… Exist. Alone. In hot running water. With nothing but my thoughts.
But tough times have given me tons of mental fortitude to get through just about anything and perhaps not everyone’s brain is wired the same. I suspect for someone with severe anxiety, it’s very different and being alone with their thoughts might be the worst thing. And anxiety disorders are pretty common these days from what I’ve heard

I mostly need lots of heat when there isn’t much or any sunshine
Heat exchanger? I’m still not sure it’s a great idea though
And as he says in that video, air fryers are much better at making things crispy quickly
Turns out you don’t need such a huge amount of empty space for a lot of things and once you get rid of it, it works much better
Though the name is still stupid. There’s no frying going on

2·1 day agoUh about that not needing Internet part…
The greatest leap forward since the release of gpt3 and ChatGPT is the ability to look stuff up. Well that and tool use in general… Basically restricting internet access handicaps it real bad, especially with smaller models
Doesn’t detract much from your overall point but it’s important to keep in mind

Dude had to keep pumping money to the Tesla center for repairs just to get the thing running again for more video content. Tow hitch module fell off after some off roading and the thing couldn’t move anymore. Because that’s how well it’s built.
He’s done this to a bunch of vehicles and nothing is this finicky. The actual king of status symbol trucks, the Mercedes G class, survived everything he threw at it pretty much.
Mostly it’s us in the future paying for it. The big costs have yet to hit. What we’ve got now in terms of storms and crop failure is mid.
Hey when I say rare I mean legendary!
I was going to say I disagree with you on your choice of porn due to the lack of women, but then I noticed you already have a jar of my ex-wife. Good luck!

They’d each come work one day for you free of charge when you start a company to give you a boost. Not all on the same day but spread out over the first few months.
See how much money that could make you compared to the 30 million.

17·2 days agoNow if anyone in Europe wants a solar roof, Solarstone sells them and I don’t think they’re going anywhere unlike Tesla, given that this is their main business. Plugging it because they’re from Estonia like me, gotta support local businesses lol

I thought the same till I watched Internet Historians video on it. Murray was in way over his head and numerous times he was like “eh yea sure maybe” and then whatever was asked was confirmed as a feature.
Dude had no public speaking ability, got nervous and ducked up tons of times. They were too small to have a real PR person.
Many of the promised things were things they thought they’d add, but couldn’t make in time.
But personally I’m glad I bought it during COVID. I was skeptical when it was being hyped, but eventually I decided to give it a shot and I kinda liked it. But even then I didn’t find it to be a 60€ game. The 20-30 I paid for it was fine.
