Gonna have to try and find that Fiscalini Bandaged Cheddar… I’ve had pluots(sp? It’s a plum/apricot hybrid) which are also from Modesto. I guess they’re not good enough to be on this site tho.

Ethnic Chilean here. Never heard of that dish, but this doesn’t mean much as I’ve lived in US for most of my life. Have a nice day
