I dont think any suggestion that splits the USA to multiple countries will ever make it to mainstream, gonna have to be consumed as a whole to one EU state.

because EU, in case you didn’t know, is a continent of many diverse states and the acronym EU is understood as ‘europe’ not ‘european union’. which is what i imagine a healthy american continent is. AM not US.

As in Germany, for example, alone takes in 50 states, Puerte Rico, Guam, military bases, partial claim to the panama canal, etc.
